Cancellation Policy

A scheduled coaching session is a commitment of time and resources. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in an $80 no-show service fee, which will be charged directly to your account. I will make every effort, as well, to reschedule sessions that are canceled in a timely manner. If a client does not cancel in a timely manner on a regular basis, I will not be able to continue our coaching relationship.
