Some of today’s major health issues can seriously impact our immune system – making it even more challenging to “feel better” again. Lyme Disease, Covid, cancer, and other diseases and related treatments can have a persistent negative effect, making it even more challenging to heal. My focus is on health and life challenges in areas where I have expertise, knowledge, and deep understanding gained from significant training, work, and personal experience – including immune healing and wellness. This session is designed to facilitate healing and provide a sense of wellness by strengthening your overall immune system. You’ll talk about your current situation, how you arrived here, and anything else that’s important for you to share – and give you a chance to see how you feel about working together. If you decide to move forward, we’ll start with an assessment of your current health situation and review key factors that influence immune system wellness. Next, we’ll evaluate your personal immune system fitness and identify options that support your unique needs, for example, tools and techniques to stimulate lymph flow, regulate digestion, decrease inflammation, balance stress hormones, and other related areas. Then, we’ll create a “do able” plan that’s customized specifically to you. From there, I’ll continue to provide you with ongoing support, training, and guidance as you move forward on your path to immune wellness.
